All Moved, and settled, sorta.

Here we be. All moved into our new apartment, about a 5 minute drive from our old building.

There is still somethings were trying to get used to, the first one being that we only have 1 neighbor, not 48. We only have 1 door to unlock before we get into the house, instead of the 2 security locked doors we used to have. There are also alot of creaks and stuff from this place being an older building, and in the old place, there wasn't much of anything.

But, all in all, I love it here. Its open, its spacious, and I actually have a dining room, and a kitchen that separate from my living room. Tiana and Kallie love their new room, with the bright purple walls, and the fairies all over the walls. The only room left to situate is our beddroom, and that will be done before the weekend is over. I just want to have the rest of the house comfortable before we focus on our room, we can really sleep whether there are a few boxes or not.

On Saturday, Erik and I are going to give our storage room an overhaul. Our new landlady (Janet) is going to come and remove alot of the odds and ends she had left here from repairs, and that way, we can actually use the space.

The first night here was rough for Tiana. Our old apartment was the only home she ever remembered, so she cried to go home alot the first night. But I think she is starting to understand that home is where her mommy, daddy, and baby sister is. She's doing alot better now, and she is dying for the next big snow storm to come, to give our new backyard a good go for a snowman!
