Birthdays, galore!

First off, I am alive. not divorced, not beat, nada.

I survived Erik's 30th Birthday party...LOL. He was shocked, and i kept hearing that he was going to kick my ass, but in the end, no beating ever came! He was most surprised by the fact that his grandmother came down from Bathurst, which is a 3 hour drive from where we are, each way. Keep in mind, this woman is almost 90 years old.

She doesn't drive herself anymore, thank god, but Erik's uncle has taken up the task of being with her the majority of the time, even going so far as to run his business from home. They really are amazing people, and to Erik, there is no woman who goes before his grandmother.

Thats why it was all the more special when he walked in the door, and saw his grandmother. I so ROCK! I think i'm pretty darn close to winning wife of the yr award..LOL...

All in all it was a good day, spent with a few close friends and family. Mission Impossible? Check!

The rest of the weekend was spent pretty much puttering around the house, playing World of Warcraft, and cleaning.

Monday was a lazy day, I was still wiped from all the activities over the weekend.

Today will be spent cleaning up after comapny last night, and making a plan for what to do for kallie's birthday tomorrow.

Sigh.....my baby will be 1 tomorrow. Damn the last yr has flown by. After her birthday, my other baby, Tiana, will be 4 on April 13th. School in a little over a yr for her. my god...where does time go???
