Yea, I know, I have been a slack writer, but what can I say? Time flies when your BUSY.
Work is great, I work with a bunch of awesome people! I can actually say, that I enjoy going to work every evening. Tonight is my first night working the desk alone, so we shall see how that goes. There is only a few things im unsure of, and I wrote myself a little "cheat" book last night at work, so this way, I have something to refer to if I don't remember what to do.
I have 1 day off this week, and 1 next week, and then a free weekend the weekend after that. Going to be a busy back to school prep month at the store, but I'm looking forward to it!
The Doc gave me 2 meds to take until she gets tests back, to see if there is a problem with my gall bladder. Im on one that reduces the amount of stomach acid you produce, and one that helps your body digest faster to keep food from sitting in your stomach and making your stomach feel heavy and nauseous. The acid one is a GODSEND! I haven't had to take tums, not even 1 in about 2 weeks.
best get back at it, just thought i would post a lil something while I had a few minutes!

Back to work!
Today is day 2 at my new job.
Kinda odd how it all came about, but hey, i can't complain.
Dropped off a resume at this place on a whim, was driving around with my mother in law, and she said "hey, why don't you throw one in there??"
So I did.
I got a call the next morning for an interview at 2pm, and by 4:45, I was an employee. My official title is " Customer Care Specialist". I work for a local home supply store, called Canadian Tire, and i work at the epi-centre of the new store, in the customer care dept. I am responsible for all of the stores sinage, all of the stores deliveries, repairs, as well as directing customers where to go to find things, and making keys, and handling raincheques. Loads of fun though!
I had a wonderful time last night, I learned alot, but I wont be alone until middle of next week, which I'm glad about, because there are alot fo different screens to learn.
My birthday is coming, but not planning on doing a countdown this year. There is no point, since almost every year i am dissappointed for getting my hopes up for there to be something spectacular, or anything at all for that matter. So, this yr, I'm just going to let it roll by.
