Well......

That lasted long!! LOL.

I think it took a de-lurked commenter to make me realize that just because it seems boring to me, someone else just may be interested on how things are. Thx Georgia:)

So, here's where we stand right now.

In terms of the move thing, we have ruled out NewFoundLand for now, unless a job opportunity comes up fo Erik. Right now, He's actually looking to see if there is a position available at a car dealership in Saint John, so we could move home to Saint John. We will see what happens:)

The kids are kids. Tiana talking way too loud, and way too much, driving me absolutely crazy. Everything somehow seems to be centered around Santa right now....can't seem to figure out why....LOL....

Kallie is whipping around this house like she owns the place!! She's crawling, and has been since she was 7 months old, and she's walking around holding onto things, like walls, furniture, etc. She says momma, dada, and baba...and her laugh..omg, its the cutest laugh ever....hehe.

Erik's work christmas party for work is on the 8th of December, at a restaurant called The Back Nine, here in Downtown Fredericton. Should be nice:)

So, It seems lately that I'm back to my toe woes. As you may or may not know, I have inherited an ingrown nail condition (if this is too much info for you, then turn back now...) that has been really bad for me for about 4 years now. I can't wear any type of nice shoe, cause they all put too much pressure on my badly infected and swollen big toes. So, for the last few years, I have been foreced to survive canadian winters wearing flip flops, or those crocs shoes.

In February of 2006, I had one of my nails removed after I conveniently whacked my poor gross toe on the corner of a wall at my mother in laws house. It seems that 3 years of prior infection treatment, every prescription available to treat that particular infection, was nothing but a waste of my money, because I had built up an immunity to them. SO, I whacked my toe, the Doc damn near jumped when he seen how bad the infection was, and he removed it thankfully. I was just as happy as the days my children was born to have my toe not hurt for a while.

Now, both of my big toes are infected again, and I have been put through numerous hoops to try to get something done to relieve the pain that they cause me. Its worse now than ever before though, because I'm working, standing on my feet for hours at a time, and the pressure causes my toes to bleed, and by the time I got home from work, my socks were soaked in blood.

Finally I get a referral to a surgeon from my new family Doc, and I haven'theard from his office, and its been 2 months...so I call to see whats up, and where things are...and she said I wouldn't be able to get in for a year and a half!!! His waiting list was another year and a half in front of me. I can't and wont live with my feet like this much longer, so I told them to forget it.

I called our local podiatrist. and I go to see her tomorrow morning at 10! It may cost me 55$ per visit, but I don't care, it should only take 2 or 3 visits at the most to have my consult, and the procedures to remove the nails. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!!

The last thing I think I'll blog about today...is the fact that I have an addiction.

My addiction is to.......a Online game. I'm addicted to playing World Of Warcraft.

What has my husband done to me?? Online computer games are his thing.....but now we have something we can do together that we both enjoy doing! I know, I'm a geek...as my friends say...LOL....

Anyhoo, hope you are all having a wonderful day today!

Sorry about your toes. Sounds very painful, but will be money well spent.
