Wow, its a scorcher out there today!!!
Honestly, I beleve its the perfect temp to go swimming, but man, I don't think the lakes have been tested here yet to see if their safe to swim in. So, we resort to cool baths, ice cream, and freezies.
I must say I have enjoyed this somewhat quiet weekend at home. We haven't done much of anything this weekend, except for last night, I headed out for a few hours to have dinner with a few friends for Nikki's hubby randy's birthday. I wanted to stay for the band, but I knew I couldn't, just too much noise, and I felt like my head would have caved in from all the noise, I needed quiet last night. So, I was home around 9:30.
Today, we are cleaning up around the house, and watching a movie or 2, because its too damn hot to be outside. Well, the heat isn't the hard part, its the humidity. So, here I be:)
Hoping to head to Terry's house in a bit, to let the kids have a bit of a visit:)
