2 Sleeps!!

My husband is home in 2 sleeps. Thursday morning at 11:44am his flight comes in, and he will be all mine again, for 25 days.

Wait!!!

Sigh. Its been a long month in some senses, but really fast in others.

The kids have done extremely well with daddy being gone, but Tiana is really excited for daddy to come home. Tonight, they are going to make "welcome home daddy" signs to take to the airport with us.

Right now the rush is on to get the few items I bought for him for christmas wrapped, and our bedroom cleaned, and his clothes unpacked (from when we moved).

This morning I went to the grocery store to pick up my order of back ribs, so we can make honey garlic chicken and ribs for his first dinner home, as per his request.

Wow .

Its hard to believe that christmas is only 2 weeks away!!!

There is snow all over the ground, with temperatures here hovering between -20 celcius and 0. The tree is up, and decorated, and the house is decorated as well. All we need is for daddy to come home, and the fat man to come with his reindeer!!
